Toshio Taguchi's article has been published in "myliveablecity (MLC)", a journal based in India and the Netherlands, which collects the latest articles on urban issues and urban planning from around the world. Taguchi's article starts on page 38. The profile is on page 7. I wrote about the role of Mayor Asukada and Akira Tamura in the post-war urban development of Yokohama.
